In the company declared that all necessary documents for the beginning of construction are ready, and works on realization of the technology park are safely begun in new park PNK – Chekhov 3. According to preliminary estimates, the total area of a project is nearly 500 thousand sq. m. Among all these areas warehouse areas are about 450 thousand sq. m. The first stage in operation was going to be realized next year. It is also very important that this object will settle down near Simferopol Highway. It will include not only modern technologies but great experiences and abilities. The company calculated that the total sum of investments on this industrial park is about 400-450 million dollars.
