The industrial park of Podmoskovye expects serious investments

Thus, according to him, financing of the project is quite reliable: 30% of investments are going to come from the investor and other 70% – it is a bank subsidizing.

City council of Oblast approved the idea of construction an industrial platform.

The object will be built in Pushkin District – in Sofrino's city settlement, near Talitsa on area about 570 thousand sq. km. The process of industrial park construction will be realized in a few stages: the first will be on 31 km. of the federal highway of M8 Holmgora (Yaroslavskoye Highway), and the second one on 1 km. from crossing with the route A-107 (the region of a Small Moscow Ring).
