Building of one more large-scale warehouse complex has begun in the Chekhovsky District

Development of this object was started by the Montazhstroy Company. Construction of a warehouse complex is planned within a short time. It is expected that complex will be put into operation at end of the current year. The general territory under logistic object is nearly 27 000 sq. m.

It is very interesting that the Montazhstroy Company will construct the building for administration and warehouses firstly. The total area for the project is equal 4,2 hectares.

The initiator of warehouses creation will invest about 1 billion rubles. He wants to spend these means on construction of a logistic complex, development of infrastructure, creation of entrance from Simferopol Highway.
