The experts predict a recovery in commercial warehousing real estate in St. Petersburg. Active development added about 2 277 square meters of class A warehousing facilities to the market, which increased market offer by 2%. According to the number of projects registered in Petersburg Ministry, industrial construction volume in 2014 should be 200 thousand square meters. According to ARIN company experts, during the first six months of 2014 two class A warehousing facilities have been placed into operation in St. Petersburg. Total space of the facilities is 50 thousand square meters. Currently, St. Petersburg can offer about 300 commercial and storage facilities for lease and for sale.
