Currently, future investment plan is being projected. The land plot area of the property is 60 Hectares. A logistics center aimed at storing and processing agricultural goods is to be constructed on its territory. The construction should start in 2014-2015. Village infrastructure will be developed simultaneously. The management is to remodel local hospital, kindergarten, and school.
