Because of economic instability, a lot of enterprises are forced to close their facilities down, restructure them, or merge with other companies. However, some enterprises in retail and auto spare industry are highly active.

Currently, the demand on warehousing real estate property is decreasing. As a result, entrepreneurs are forced to lower the prices to ensure self-sustainability, if not the profit. Mark Brenneiser also believes that transport and logistics industries are experiencing the same situation.
