There are many obstacles to the development of world-class outsourcing services in Russia.

Outsourcing presupposes that an organization delegates some of its functions to a third party or company so that the latter one performed certain operations in full accord with quality expectations and within specified timeframe.

Similar services are valuable, as they allow companies to minimize their financial and human resources, including technical expenses and additional time necessary for efficient management of the company operations. However, in practice, such collaboration is not always beneficial for the client. Present day market in Russia is flooded with a variety of service providers. All in all, they can be divided into two categories:

· Dealing with corporate clients
· Dealing with various clients and offering only basic, rather essential consumer solutions. Provider service industry for companies of various sizes (with staff of 50-100 employees) in the country cannot be developed properly.
