The establishment of special economic zone will make the property particularly attractive for the investors. Special economic zone residents will be tax exempt, will be able to make use of custom benefits, which is why investing into enterprises located in the area can be highly profitable. State investment into the special economic zone in "Chrabrovo" industrial park is to exceed 2 000 000 000 rubles in 2015-2016. Chrabrovo industrial park will occupy 271 Hectares of land plot area and will be situated next to Kaliningrad airport.
