Vasiliy Golubeev, Rostov region governor, approved the creation of an industrial park register. Property requirements will include: at least 10 million rubles investment into a 10-hectar land plot area; three or more tenants per the facility,  and the creation of at least 250 new job opportunities.

Residents of such properties will be able to make use of certain tax benefits; right now, however, only enterprises investing at least 300 million rubles into their projects are tax-exempt.

Currently, Rostov region has 7 manufacturing zones, and 7 industrial parks are to be built in these zones. Great logistics capabilities, solid transport infrastructure, engineering infrastructure and affordable price range make local industrial parks appealing to Russian and foreign companies.

Coca-Cola Hellenic, Danone-Unimilk, and some other companies are already among the tenants of Novoaleksandrovskiy industrial park. PepsiCo, food-manufacturing company with an investment capital of 180 million dollars, operates in Azov industrial park.

Local and foreign enterprises, manufacturing construction materials, work in Krasnosuslinsk industrial park. Oktyabrsk industrial park has heavy machinery and metal-processing manufactures. Gukovsk industrial park has the most affordable engineering infrastructure, which is also appealing to the investors.
