This new built-to-suit complex will consist mostly of class A facilities. The property is developed for e-commerce companies, which are currently on the rise in Italy. Vailog typically invests in land plot areas for logistics property construction. Apart from Italy, it operates in China, as well as some other countries. The complex is situated next to A1 highway, which is beneficial, since it allows transporting goods within the entire Italy, as well as outside its boundaries. Total space of the facility is approximately 200 000 square meters. The construction is based on the latest technological developments and strict environmental safety standards.
