Agroimpex company, one of the leading raw food manufacturers in Russia, rented class A warehousing facilities in "Predportovyi" complex in St.Petersburg.

This company isn't the first federal tenant in the complex. Last fall, some of its facilities were occupied by DIY, a well-known distributor of DIY goods.

Agroimpex chose "Predportovyi" complex because of its technological infrastructure, namely: plenty of loading-unloading areas, installed pallet racks, and an open site for container storage. "Predportovyi" is an excellent example of prior warehousing facility, located in the city boundaries, which is why sites like this are in great demand. This is the first class A facility with an internal container terminal in the North-West region of the country. In addition, it is possible to introduce LVS software, facilitating warehousing and chain supply management, in these facilities.
