Currently, this is the only industrial park in Russia that has similar status.

BREEM is one of the most efficient standards, evaluating environmental safety of the property. The standard analyzes all the details and potential drawbacks of the property, as well as its ecological influence.

The final stage of the development was rated "Very Good", 58.36%, which is the highest mark ever granted to real estate property. To remind you, it is the third time that South Gate industrial park receives such high marks. The main clients of Radius Group include Volvo Trucks, Oriola, Decathlon and other companies
