Total land plot area of the construction site is approximately 1 380 000 square meters. Various storage facilities are the first properties to be built. These facilities will comprise 41 828 square meters of office properties. Warehousing facilities of the second to build to property will occupy 87 074 square meters.

Radumulya industrial park will be constructed according to international warehousing standards. The location of the park is highly favorable, as it allows access to the major road intersections, leading in the direction of Moscow and St. Petersburg. The project was developed by TGC company, which has a proven experience in the development of high-scale projects.
