Moscow vicinity requires 8 million square meters of storage facilities

In his interview, CEO of "Moscow region Development Corporation" stated that by the end of the year over 1.5 million square meters of storage facilities will be placed into operation.

Still, even despite this, commercial real estate market remains in a deficit.  Moscow region still lacks 2.5 million square meters of high quality warehousing facilities. First of all, this implies grocery and food stores, essential for each district. Many districts are still developing their trade systems. CEO supposes that high quality warehouses construction by foreign investors will stimulate local entrepreneurs as well.
