Construction of new industrial property will have a positive effect on the investment prospects of the region. 179 milliard rubles have been invested into economical development of Moscow region during the first half of 2013. These numbers indicate that the investment appeal of the region is increasing each year.

To choose the locations for their business sites, the investors will be offered approximately 300 land plot areas in Moscow region. If the area exceeds 1000 Ha, it will have initial infrastructure in place.

Federal tax and energy preferences are one of the advantages attracting foreign investors to the project.

Foreign investors believe that warehousing is one of the most promising areas for the investment. Today, Moscow has over 8 million square meters of storage facilities. Another 1.5 million will be placed into operation by the end of this year. Manufacture and leisure center developments is another appealing area. An Italian ceramic plant in Stupinskiy district is one the most vivid examples. Over 3 billion rubles have been invested into this project.
