Greenfield projects outperform brownfield ones, which seems ridiculous, as our country has plenty of territories that have to be modernized and reconstructed. The lack of brownfield projects is partially explained by the fact that their implementation is strictly regulated, which leads to higher risks associated with the initial stages of the project. Greenfield projects can be more easily implemented, since they afford to optimize tax and infrastructure expenses.
