As of today, half of the territory (112 Ha) is already occupied by companies expanding their production. One of the best examples is the world-known brand "Siemens" that has located its own turbo-manufacturing plant on the property territory. Unfortunately, there are few significant investors like Siemens. Generally, only small local manufactures occupy the territory. The development of "Fedorovskoe" industrial park is another example proving that small companies are interested in industrial parks.
