The Ministry of economy intends to expand the list of tax benefits for the industrial park employees. Previously, privileges were only available to founders or company management. Article 27 "of the industrial parks" can now be supplemented with new paragraphs, presupposing non-interest loan provision, irrevocable target financing for the development of industrial parks to both managing executives and residents.
Additional changes are going to be made in Article 36, allowing residents to count on state support while developing industrial parks. Law drafters believe that these changes will create new incentives, attracting investments in the industrial parks. In addition, residents might be provided with the same taxation benefits as the companies' founders.
