A contract for the creation of ethylenechlorohydrine in Dzerzhinzk industrial park "Oka-Polymer" has been signed on the 27th of September. The agreement was signed by the industrial park, Kazan synthetic gum plant and Nizhegorsk regional government. Ethylenechlorohydrine is a synthetic raw material used to produce aviation and construction gum, which is actively used throughout the entire world. Only three countries, though, have similar manufactures.
Modern ecologically safe manufactures in "Oka-Polymer" will replace a range of obsolete chemical plants. In the future, Kazan factory intends to allocate all of its manufacturing facilities in this region, which is highly beneficial from the logistics perspective. The arrival of the first resident is a significant and important event for the industrial park. Over half a billion rubles is going to be invested in the production of ethylenechlorohydrine.
