LALALAL Instead of selling real estate objects on the territory of industrial parks, Ministry of Economical growth of Ukraine offers an opportunity of leasehold rights. A draft law, discussing changes in several legislative acts regulating industrial parks activities is prepared.
New legislation presupposes leasehold of municipal or state property on the basis of leasehold agreements. Real estate objects will constitute property of the industrial park management team, which, in its turn, will provide leasehold rights in future. Or, management team can hold lease of the object and sublease it to manufacturing companies, working on the territory of the industrial park. State support regarding territorial problems will be granted to organizations included in the industrial park register, management companies, and individuals, initiating industrial parks creation.
