Recently, an important contract has been signed between project company TLC "Yuzhnouralsky" and consulting company Knight Frank. The latter one deals with tendering processes for TLC building developers, as well as with project brokerage. This transport logistics complex should become one of the largest in Russia. A container terminal only will occupy 200 000 sq.km of the total territory, constituting 180 hectares.
Industrial building build-to-suit will occupy 64 hectares of the territory. High tech class A warehouse will take up to 200 000 sq.km of the total complex. New transport logistic center will allow delivering goods from China to Russia twice quicker than before. Construction of the first stage of the project should begin by 2014. Before this, consulting company Knight Frank, dealing with top notch real estate objects for over a hundred years, will be responsible for the preparatory works.
