Each of the real estate properties is currently unoccupied, so major construction works will take place on this land. The procedure of similar auctions was significantly simplified this April. According to the new policy, an investor holds leasehold rights for the real estate for the 6 years. Later on, he has either to purchase the land, or sign another leasehold contract for a period of the next 49 years.
The most expensive item of the forthcoming auction is the leasehold rights for the "Birulevo 28A" industrial zone in the Southern administrative region. The starting price is estimated at 930 000 000 rubles. Build-up area can constitute up to 36 500 square km. The auction will as well set forth a fitness center in Mar'ino park, bathing complex in Zelenograd, car washing post in Zagor'e, automotive service center in Nekrasovka, and underground parking block in Kolomensky.
