Chinese entrepreneurs will be able to take part in transport infrastructure development investment projects, lumber factory construction and textile manufacturing. Chinese businessmen find a special interest in the industrial park, since Penza government and its residents can greatly benefit from the its taxation, as well as other policies. Land, profit and transport taxes can be exempt on the territory of the industrial park – either partially or completely.
Penza region had already had successful experience of cooperation with China. Currently, Chinese investors take part in the construction of concrete goods plant, as well as in the realization of a range of agricultural projects in Penza region.
