m7A multifunctional industrial park is being designed on 111,5 hectare site in Altay region. Construction materials plants will take up to 30% of its territory. In the course of project design "Central Project Association" conducted engineering surveys, developed project documentation and received favorable conclusion from Federal Autonomous Establishment from the Directorate-General for State of Russia Review.
Industrial park project includes utility lines, traffic infrastructure, concrete goods factories, asphalt plants, mixed concrete factories, metal-filled plastic plants, metal and woodwork shop floors, logistics objects and fleet vehicles. A total of 72 buildings are included in the infrastructure, connected by hundreds of railroad kilometers. The design of this project took two and half years. Location in seismically active zone and harsh continental climate are some of its peculiarities. While working on the project critical wind load, rapid temperature changes and 3-4 meter soil freezing had to be taken into consideration.
