Another warehouse complex from PNK Group was earlier announced for 2012, but construction has not yet begun, meaning that commissioning of the complex will take place next year. The industrial parks segment is also actively developing. Land for logistics and warehouse complexes are ready to be offered to Marienburg, Marino, and Doni-Verevo industrial parks, as well as to others.Demand for warehouse real estate currently surpasses supply, but investors are for now holding out in order to stimulate renters to built-to-suit construction.
