Intesko has rented 3,600 sq m of quality warehouse space and 1,000 sq m of open space in the Gorelovo industrial zone on the territory of the Belgium logistics center. Intesko is one of the leading manufacturers of building materials in the northwestern region of Russia. The company operates as part of Puukeskus Oy, a Finish holding, which is the largest distributer of timber in Skandinavia and the official dealer of such renowned brands as Tikkurila, Knauf, Kreps, Plitonit, Isover, and others.

The Ahlers Logists Center is comprised of three buildings with a total area of 44,000 sq m, belonging to Ahlers Group, an international 3PL operator based in Belgium with more than 100 years of experience in shipping, naval, and logistics services. The Ahlers Group network functions in more than 20 countries of Europe, Asia, and Africa and includes more than 1,800 employees. Among other assets, the company has one warehouse in Russia and two in Ukraine.
