The foundation of the market is made up of large class-A and class-B warehouse complexes under the management of federal and local logistics operators. The ratio of space is 57% class-B. The brightest representation of class-A warehouses in the region is Pyshma logistics park, which rents out 180,000 sq m of space.

Rental rates on Ekaterinburg's warehouse market depend on the class and location of the property and equal from 175 rub to 300 rub ($6-$10) per month per sq m.
