The Fourth PROEstate international investment forum is situated on 5,000 sq m, which is already 80% filled. The exhibition combines more than 150 investment projects from all over the world.

Among these, administrations of Russian regions are presenting their expositions.The administration of the Leningradsky region is planning to present 7 industrial parks, while Ulianovsk will tell about 15 investment projects in its region, and Perm will promote a conception that includes the integrated development of land. The forum has already attracted the attention of foreign investors and developers.Taking part in this years forum are not just its traditional exhibitors, but also new players on the real estate market have joined the fray. New players make up about a third of the forum's participants.It is already known that the Netherlands' stand will include proposed city-building solutions for St. Petersburg, developed by a group of young Dutch designers and architects. They will be taking part in a competition -- Petersburg: A New Look -- that is being held as part of the forum.
