The first renters have appeared in Zvezda Industrial Park in St. Petersburg.

123Zvezda industrial park, operating in St. Petersburg on the territory of a factory of the same name, has accepted its first three anchor renters. These are Petroenergoservice, Foreman, and a well-known foreign metallurgical producer, the identity of which has not yet been released.  Foreman is a producer of professional equipment and accessaries for sports complexes, fitness clubs, as well as office, hotel, and education sport gymnasiums.

 Foreman has rented 800 sq m for offices and 5,000 sq m for manufacturing for 5 years.  Petroenergoservice is renting 500 sq m for offices and 5,000 sq m for manufacturing, also for 5 years.  The metallurgic company has taken 1,000 sq m for offices and 5,000 sq m for manufacturing for 7 years.  In total, 30,000 sq m have been rented.  The total area of the industrial park is 30 ha.  The conception of the park, according to Knight Frank, foresees class-A warehouse complexes and energy-intensive manufacturing.
