Naberezhnaya of Europe, Nevsky Ratusha, and Marino Industrial Park will all be presented at PROEstate.

proestateVTB will show its key projects at an exhibition that will take place as part of PROEstate from September 12-14 in St. Petersburg. The projects include, Marino Industrial Park, Nevsky Ratusha, and Naberezhnaya of Europe.

This last complex will include new space, the first pedestrian river front in the northern capital, including pedestrian streets, squares, residential projects, office space, retail units, a hotel, and a dance hall.Nevsky Ratusha is a modern social and business complex in the center of St. Petersburg, which will become the basis for the formation of a prestigious business block. Marino Industrial Park is an organized industrial zone assigned for keeping high-tech manufacturing facilities less than 2 km away from the Koltsevoy road in the Petrodvortsom area of St. Petersburg.
