The reason for this is the activation of retail and manufacturing companies. Newly built properties are entering the market at almost full capacity because tenants prefer to reach agreements during construction.

Thus, rental rates on the warehouse market for Ekaterinburg have reached pre-crisis levels. Quality warehouse space is currently rented for an average of 420 rub ($15) per sq m per month, including operation and exploitation costs and VAT. Class-B warehouses are being rented for about 330 rub ($11). Class-C and -D cost 160 rub ($5) for cold storage and 280 rub ($9) for warm storage. Experts predict a stabilization of rental rates as a result of the commissioning of new large warehouse objects.
