The project's authors have set as their goal the creation of a needed investment product at an international level. This goal is fully achievable because quality warehouse space is extremely lacking in the northwestern area of the Moscow region. Moreover, the level of vacant space in the Moscow region on the whole is lower than two percent. The project will undoubtedly attract representatives of Russian and foreign business, who are planning their development in the northern part of the Moscow region. The great location of the complex, together with its modern, effective project decisions, and innovative energy-saving technology will allow renters to significantly decrease their operation costs. |
Nikolsky will be built in the Nikolsky village of the Dmitrovsky region, not far from Moscow's Maly Koltso road, 35 km from MKAD. The logistics center will cover an area of 20 ha situated next to the Hyundai MOBIS logistics complex. Construction has already began. The project belongs to National Energy. Jones Lange LaSalle and Knight Frank have been appointed as agents for renting the future complex.
