Licenses for retailers carry with them softer conditions, but because AeroTradeService stores alcoholic products in its own warehouses, such a license is not sufficient. The conflict is now growing because a series of similar companies nevertheless succeeded in receiving a license for wholesale promotion of alcohol in airports, which representatives of AeroTradeService consider physically impossible because the stores and warehouses are located in secure areas. 27 complaints have already been filed regarding the actions and misconduct of alcohol market regulators. The Ministry of Justice is considering the necessity of forcing alcohol market regulators to introduce a correction and addition to the current order of issuing licenses.
