Ukraine's state customs service explains that changes have been entered into the country's tax code in connection with the passing of the law on industrial parks.  A series of cargo types brought into the country for industrial parks will be freed from tariffs.

Ukraine's state customs service explains that changes have been entered into the country's tax code in connection with the passing of the law on industrial parks.  A series of cargo types brought into the country for industrial parks will be freed from tariffs.This includes instruments and equipment, as well as parts and materials that cannot be manufactured in Ukraine and that are not excisable.

This is on the condition that they are brought into the country by the managing company or residents of the industrial park for use in economic operations within an industrial park.The list of such cargo types is being confirmed by executive authorities overseeing the realization of the state's policy regarding investments and national projects.  The cabinet of ministers, as a rule, establishes and confirms this list.
