Petrovich, a construction and retail house, has acquired 2 ha of land for the construction of a retail and warehouse complex.  150 million rub ($5 million) will be invested in the project.  The complex will include an open warehouse, a traditional warehouse, and a store.  The complex will be built in Gatchina in the First Industrial Zone, 6th block, 1st platform.

Viktor Adamov, executive director of Petrovich, says that by Spring of next year preparations for a 800-sq-m plot will be started for the construction of a Cash & Carry store, which will be included in the city network of the retail house.  Petrovich was founded in 1995.  The retail house offers a full series of manufacturing and retail divisions and is continuously expanding its business.  The spectrum of products offered by Petrovich includes concrete rings, try construction mixes, reinforcing net, vellum, and other materials.
