Yury Osintsev, a deputy minister for regional development in Russia, announced that Kamensk-Uralsky needs to focus on the Sinarsky industrial park in order to aid the development of small business.He noted that other than a good platform for residents, the park has all necessary infrastructure for engineering, which significantly lowers the costs of small businesses and the production costs of their goods.  Osintsev also requested that criteria be clearly determined:  Who is coming to Sinarsky and with what potential?

The project's second thread of water conduct earned the deputy minister's approval.  Osintsev reckons that after completion it can be connected to the federal program for modernizing communal infrastructure.  Osintzev also discussed with municipal authorities their plans for developing medium- and large-sized manufacturing and provided recommendations for developing tourism.  He underlined that tourism and agriculture are currently creating jobs and can supply the local budget with good income.
