In addition to the tech-park, office buildings, social infrastructure, an innovation and industrial complex, a multi-functional complex, and a multi-level garage will be built here in addition to the tech-park. Because the tech-park requires transportation connections with the nearby regions, about four kilometers of road are in the plans. The project also foresees the creation of three natural objects. Thus, not just the transportation and social situation in the area will improve, but also the ecological situation. |
A tech-park for the Russian Academy of Sciences will be built in the southern part of Donsky Ulitzy, an industrial zone in the southwest of Moscow. The territory of the future tech-park will take up 27 ha and will be bordered by Bolshaya Cheremushkinskaya street and planned roads 5104B, 5138, and 3551A.An industrial enterprise, a residential complex, a general manufacturing complex, a market, and several garage-manufacturing cooperatives are currently located on this territory. New capital objects will be built in their place, the total area of which will be 196,760 sq m.
